The Sovereign Womb Collective started as an in-person traveling educational resource for those seeking to learn more about herbs for reproductive freedom, while also practicing tools of body literacy in self-help DIY gynecology circles. In groups, we would practice self-cervical exams with a speculum to get to know our bodies & fertility signs. We'd also practice respectful pelvic exams(uterine size checks), breast/chest exams, talk about our menstrual cycles & what herbs we're using to care for our reproductive health, as well as discussing all options for pregnancy release.
